Adviser Visit

All schools who buy into the SLA get a 1-day Diocesan Advisor visit.  The focus will be both on ethos and standards, to support the SAIMS focus.  Further support will be offered for specific schools effectiveness issues

Headteacher Wellbeing and Resourcing Day/Sessions

A chance for Headteachers and Senior Leaders to think about their own personal, emotional and spiritual wellbeing as well as equipping them to support their own staff.

During the day there will be an opportunity for self-reflection and discussion around wellbeing and staying mentally healthy, creatively through practical activities that can be taken and used in your school setting

This is not your usual type of course, come and try the activities to take back with you

Pastoral and Bereavement Support

• Telephone conversations, visits and signposting to support all staff throughout their time in our schools
• An opportunity to offload

There are often pressure points working in schools, we are here to provide a listening ear to help you through those times.  We can also signpost you to trusted specialist help for adults and children,  if needed

Staff Self Care and Emotional Wellbeing Twilight

This session aims to promote good well-being and mental health for all. In this session we will consider the importance of looking after ourselves, the 5 domains of self, coping strategies, managing emotions well and an individual self-care plan. The purpose of this course is to enable people to stay mentally healthy in the ever changing education climate

Led by Justine Caswell, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offers this two-hour twilight, in your own school
