Adviser Visit

All schools who buy into the SLA get a 1-day Diocesan Advisor visit. The focus will be both on ethos and standards, to support the SAIMS focus. Further support will be offered for specific schools effectiveness issues |

A chance for Headteachers and Senior Leaders to think about their own personal, emotional and spiritual wellbeing as well as equipping them to support their own staff. During the day there will be an opportunity for self-reflection and discussion around wellbeing and staying mentally healthy, creatively through practical activities that can be taken and used in your school setting |

Staff Self Care and Emotional Wellbeing Twilight |
This session aims to promote good well-being and mental health for all. In this session we will consider the importance of looking after ourselves, the 5 domains of self, coping strategies, managing emotions well and an individual self-care plan. The purpose of this course is to enable people to stay mentally healthy in the ever changing education climate |
