Each year Bishops Visitors are given an opportunity to meet with other Bishop's Visitors for training and sharing good practice.  In the Spring term the Diocesan Education Team host a conference with contributions from the Bishop of Lincoln and the Diocesan Director of Education. The conference provides a training opportunity, a time to share experiences and time for spiritual reflection.
