This session will consider the significance of spirituality and spiritual development in the 2023 SIAMS inspection framework. Through engagement with the Inspection Questions (IQ), we will consider ways in which school leaders, including governors, can evidence the spiritual life of the school and its impact on the flourishing of pupils and adults.
