This session is suitable for school leaders and governors who want to fully understand their IDSR and use it to support evaluation and school development. it is likely to be especially useful to headteachers who are new to role. School leadership teams - especially those across federations - may find it helpful to attend together.

This is a face to face meeting which allows dedicated time for participants to come along with their own IDSR and to review it with the support of our school effectiveness advisor . The session will explore each section of the IDSR and is supported by a work book which will help you to reflect on strengths and areas of development to inform your school development planning and self-evaluation for both SIAMS and Ofsted.
