An external review of governance (ERG) is a supportive process designed to help a governing board improve its effectiveness. It is an independent assessment of your existing governance practices which identifies areas of strength and weaknesses.  Each review is bespoke to your school.  Pricing is bespoke to reflect different governance structures and the focus of the review.  Unlike other governance reviews, it will fully reflect the legal foundations of church schools whilst reflecting statutory responsibilities for governing boards.

The process will recommend areas for development and suggest training in areas to strengthen governance in your school.
