This certified and accessible programme of training is designed to support aspiring leaders to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to apply for senior leadership roles in Church of England schools within the diocese of Lincoln. This training does not replace NPQ qualifications but will complement it. It will provide a unique insight into leadership of church schools and build knowledge and confidence whilst supporting participants to understand the application and selection process for senior leadership positions.

The programme comprises of 6 (1½ hour) online sessions (details below) with a group of up to 20 participants. There will be a requirement for some pre-reading and gap tasks to support your development. At the end of the programme there will be an option to have a mock interview and receive feedback.
