This course is designed for Church of England schools seeking to develop a whole-school approach to spiritual development that goes beyond Collective Worship alone. Rooted in the school's Christian vision, it will explore how spirituality can be intentionally nurtured across every aspect of school life, including Collective Worship, the curriculum, leadership, relationships, policies, environments, and wider opportunities for personal growth.

Participants will consider how schools can create a culture in which every member of the community is encouraged to reflect, ask big questions, encounter awe and wonder, and develop a deeper sense of meaning and purpose. Through practical examples, discussion, and shared good practice, the course will support schools in embedding spiritual development as a natural and authentic thread running throughout the life and work of the school.
