This comprehensive toolkit is designed to align directly with the SIAMS and Ofsted (2025) accountability frameworks, and includes practical tools and templates to support:

• Strategic and operational leadership through your school’s vision
• Monitoring and evaluation processes for leaders and governors
• Self-evaluation against the latest Ofsted and SIAMS frameworks
• Subject leader support and monitoring templates
• Governor guidance, including for roles such as SEND, Pupil Premium, RE, and Collective Worship

The resource also includes two spreadsheet documents with templates for self-evaluation, strategic planning, and a sample Head Teacher’s report to governors.
