This course supports school leaders and governors in developing effective approaches to monitor and evaluate the spiritual life of their school. Participants will explore tools and strategies for capturing the impact of spiritual development. Aligned with the SIAMS framework, the course emphasises reflective, meaningful evaluation that leads to sustained spiritual growth and flourishing for the whole school community.
