Join us at our annual Leadership Conference as we explore Seasons of Change - Leading with Resilience Through Times of Change. We are excited to hear our keynote speakers and from a panel of Headteachers that have been instrumental either in change in their setting or lead and live with resilience.
This year we are pleased to be at the Bentley Hotel, on the A46 it has excellent access and parking without the need to go through the city.

Kat Howard Executive Director of School Improvement at Windsor Academy Trust
Kat is an Executive Director of School Improvement at a Multi Academy Trust in the West Midlands. In previous roles, Kat led a Teaching School Hub overseeing the professional development of over 200 schools, and was a senior leader in a Single Academy Trust. Kat holds a Master’s in Expert Teaching, NPQEL and is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching. She has published work on the topics of curriculum development, teacher workload and system- level change management and implementation in education including bestsellers ‘Stop Talking About Wellbeing’ and ‘Symbiosis: the curriculum and the classroom.’
The Very Revd Dr Simon Jones, Dean of Lincoln
Simon Jones has been the Dean of Lincoln since September 2024. Prior to this he was Interim Dean of Lincoln from March to December 2023, and returned to the city from Merton College, Oxford where he served as Chaplain and Fellow since 2002. As well as having responsibility for the day-to-day life of the Chapel, Simon was involved in other aspects of the College’s life, including establishing and leading its welfare team.

Beyond their social media success, John and Jade are also acclaimed public speakers and podcast hosts, where they dive deeper into their experiences, share laughs, and connect with their community. Their authenticity, faith and positive energy shine through in everything they do, making them a beloved presence both online and on stage.
Plus, Just Lincolnshire (part of the YMCA) are joining us to explain about the work they do in schools. They are also generously gifting every school who attends their Diversity and Inclusion resource worth over £245.
