This twilight session will engage with the Church of England Education Office's Statement of Entitlement for RE in church schools and academies. It will look at the ways in which this statement scaffolds what a SIAMS inspector considers to be an effective RE curriculum in a church school. We will also consider the ways in which a SIAMS inspector may look at RE as one aspect of a church school using its distinctive Christian vision to drive the flourishing of all.
