This course will provide your RE leads with ongoing support and training throughout the year, each session will build upon the next to help provide maximum impact for your school. This session explores one of the key academic fields of enquiry related to RE - the human/social sciences. We will consider the specialist knowledge and specialist skills relevant to the delivery of the RE curriculum that can be drawn from the human/social sciences, focusing on what it might mean for pupils to make progress in relation to disciplinary knowledge in RE.
