In this session we will look at how Collective Worship can be truly inclusive of everyone in your school’s community so they all are given an opportunity to breathe, flourish and develop spiritually, whatever their starting point. We will look at how Collective Worship is not ‘done to’ but can involve meaningful contributions from the whole school community, whilst allowing the freedom of those of different faiths and none to be present and to engage with integrity. This will also extend to pupil’s involvement in planning, leading and evaluating worship.
