Governor Roles and Responsibilities

The Governors “Roles and Responsibilities” session is designed to equip governors with the tools and knowledge to be more effective in their role in a church school.

To ensure that the governing body understand what they HAVE to do and SHOULD do to enable and support school leaders to continue school improvement. The courses will:
• Equip you to understand the “Statutory Function” of the Governing Body
• Enable you to develop your role of “challenge and support”
• Have an overview not only of what OfSTED would expect but also what the school should expect of its governing body

£60 per session for SLA schools (£139 non SLA)
